AAWT Web Store Policies

No personal information is required to access the AAWT Web Store.

Personal information entered into your AAWT Customer Profile is considered strictly confidential. None of your information is shared with anyone outside of AAWT.  That information is used only as necessary to process and ship your order.

AAWT may use your contact information for communication on issues realated to your oders and inquiries.

All communication with AAWT is encrypted using ("SSL") Secure Sockets Layer technology to make certain your information is kept safe.

All prices listed in the AAWT Web Store are valid for a Web Store purchase only. Retail store pricing may vary significantly.

The AAWT Web Store accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards issued by a US bank only. For verification, the billing address in your AAWT Customer Profile must match the credit card's billing address. An unverifiable credit card will void the sale. Shipping to an alternate address may require additional information and/or contact. Thank you for understanding our cautions benefit both parties.

Your credit card is not charged until your merchandise is ready to ship.

  Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to every order that ships to an address in Arizona.

  Shipping and Handling
At this time, we offer service to only the 48 contiguous United States. Service to Alaska, Hawaii and International destinations will be added in the near future.

We ship USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Our minimum shipping and handling charge is $10.00. Shipping may be adjusted higher for unusually large or heavy items. Alternative carriers and expidited services will be added in the near future.

Available items normally ship 4-5 business days after orders are placed but circumstances may delay delivery. AAWT may elect to ship back-ordered and pre-ordered items when they become available at a later date. These secondary shipments may incur additional shipping charges.

AAWT will notify you via email when your order has shipped.

Product warranties are a service provided by the product manufacturer. If you receive a defective product, contact us at webstore@aawtrains.com for advice on how to obtain warranty service.

AAWT does not warrant any products.

Items may be returned under the following conditions:
    1. Obtain a return authorization code by contacing AAWT at webstore@aawtrains.com
   2. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of sale.
   3. Original sales receipt must be included.
   4. Items must be returned in "New Condition"

"New Condition" means no defective, broken or damaged items, no items with any visiable signs of use or abuse, no alterations of any parts or pieces of an item, no damage to original packaging as well as any other conditions that would inhibit the sale of the product as new. AAWT reserves the right to determine condition of all rewturns.

Items may be returned for;
    1. A credit card refund for the item(s) purchase price minus a re-stocking fee of 20%.
    2. An AAWT Web Store credit for the item(s) purchase price minus a re-stocking fee of 20%.
